This components are high responsivity low leakage, used in 10G and 40G line monitoring applications.
The photodiode is fabricated with a proprietary InGaAs process in our wafer fab and assembled into an hermetically-sealed package with antireflective-coated lens.the fiber is reinforced with a rubber boot, which relieves fiber bending stresses.we have various related copmonents that operate with fiber optic video transmission equipment and fiber converters.The PIN photodiodes are designed for optical network monitoring applications.this photodiode is used on 980 forward pump,1310 and 1550 PONs ,40G and 10G fiber optic cables link monitoring.
