Nozay, France - 3S PHOTONICS, a world leading manufacturer of laser chips, optical discrete modules and components for telecommunication networks, today announced the expansion of its 1999 CHP Ultra-High Power Pump Modules portfolio, by introducing new 980nm cooled terrestrial pump laser modules using standard Single-Mode Fiber (SMF) pigtails.
Introduced with the launch of its brand new 750mW “kink-free” pump laser module, the SMF-type pigtail feature is now proposed as an alternative to PMF-type pigtail – which remains fully available - for every single power from 350mW to 750mW.
