AFL Telecommunications is introducing the Noyes OFL250,a single-mode handheld OTDR with an integrated Optical Power Meter (OPM), Laser Source (OLS), and Visual Fault Locator (VFL), ideal for testing optical fibers in metro area and FTTx networks.
Weighing only 0.8 kg (1.7 pounds), the OFL250 supports automatic and manual set-up, precision event analysis, multiple-wavelength testing, a 12-hour battery life, internal storage for 1000 traces, and USB connectivity. All models include a carry case, SC and FC adapters for the OTDR/OLS port, 2.5mm universal adapters for the OPM and VFL ports, USB cable, AC power adapter, and user guide.
